Volunteer Surge Program

To all the Rotaractors and Rotarians in the USA looking to volunteer remotely for COVID-19 relief:

For the past few weeks, a collaboration of Rotarians and Rotaractors have been registering and completing online training to become volunteers to help the COVID-19 relief effort. This program is called Volunteer Surge, a collaboration between Amazon, LinkedIn, Rotary, ADP, Yale, and many more organizations.

Once you complete the training, you can assist healthcare professionals as a remote volunteer. The training program was an online nursing assistant program that has been repurposed for COVID-19 response.

Thousands have already joined this effort. This is something you can do from your home.

If you have the time for the training, and time to volunteer remotely from home, I'd encourage you to consider going with the training.
