The Visioning Process

 

 

The District 5950 Club Visioning Team helps Clubs in the District formulate a strategic plan with goals for the next three to five years for their respective Clubs.

 

The Team is composed of volunteers that are Rotary members from various Clubs within the District.

 

Typically, the facilitation process results in 15 – 20 tangible and specific goals uniquely tailored for the individual Club. The results produce more focused goals crafted and agreed to by Club members.
