District Conference: Olympic Style Opening

Nearly ALL of our 64 clubs were represented at the conference. The conference opened with each club entering with one representative, some bearing their club banners and some not, but all with infectious enthusiasm and to great cheers. We passed the torch and lit the Olympic cauldron to start our morning session. (No fire danger with our particular torch and cauldron, I assure you!) The morning session featured photo ops with super heroes, as well as a proclamation.
