Purpose of this year’s District Assembly: Enhancing the Value of Rotary Membership
The purpose of this year’s District Assembly is, therefor, to create a workshop type forum to:
•Share best ideas with the leaders of other clubs to further your goal of enhancing member net value.
•Help our club’s leadership teams develop actionable strategies that will add more net value to their club’s members this coming year
AGENDA:
•Nourishment, welcome, and introductions 30 minutes
•Presentation about member value 30 minutes
•Facilitated cross club sharing of ideas 60 minutes
•Independent club strategy session 40 minutes
•Sharing of top club strategies
