Who in your community would you like to recognize for serving others?
It is time to name the 2023 Rotary Golden Wheel honoree from your community. Two things to keep in mind: first we want this to recognize people who are not Rotary members, and second, you’ll want to host them for the recognition at the 2023 Rotary District 5650 Conference on October 14. This year’s conference will be at the Omaha Marriott Regency.
Deadline to submit your information is September 8, 2023.
The guidelines are simple:
- Select a non-Rotarian from your community to honor at the District conference
- Invite them to be your guest at the October 14 dinner
- Submit their name, a photo, and up to 100 words of why you’ve selected them no later than September 8

- Invite them to your club meeting and introduce them as the 2023 Club Honoree to begin the celebration.
- Let your community know of your Golden Wheel Honoree with a press release, social media posts, a magnetic sign on your car door . . . whatever gets the word out.
