Homeland Story shows 50 years of real life footage of Donydji - a small Indigenous community in North East Arnhem land. It is a moving portrait of a resilient and determined community facing the challenges of maintaining their Homeland and preserving their vibrant culture.
To celebrate NAIDOC Week 2020, EndTrachoma will be Zoom-streaming HOMELAND STORY each night from Sunday 8th -15th November to your lounge room.
Tickets are $10 with all proceeds going to the Rotary-supported Donydji Community, to support Joanne finish her teaching qualification (you will meet Joanne in the film).
Special guests Anthropologist Dr Neville White, and Producers Glenda Hambly or David Rapsey will join us post film for a Q&A every evening.
