Office 365 enterprise version has been provided by Microsoft for the district to manage all administrative functions, communication, collaboration and storage of files.
This second round of training will be for those invited to the first one and were not available. Plus Chairs of District Committees. This will be a hands on workshop and conducted in a friendly environment. If you receive this email you are invited to be a part of the rollout of this new system.
All participants must bring a device (laptop or tablet - laptop preferred option) to connect to wifi and engage in hands on training. The Office 365 policy will be provided to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions required by Microsoft and the District.
The days program will be provided to you closer to the date together with room location. Lunch will be provided. A light lunch will be provided.
Future training workshops and webinars will be conducted to ensure best use of this world class IT system.
