Climate Cafe w/Gary White, Climate Reality Project

Gary White is a climate activist in the Bay Area who was trained by former U.S. Vice President, Al Gore and his Climate Reality Project (CRP). His role as Presentations Chair with the CRP Bay Area chapter is to educate and motivate people in the Bay Area to learn about and address climate change. He has given 300 climate presentations to over 21.000 people to date.

Mr. White is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Mateo and is a founding member of its Climate Change Committee, The committee volunteers in the San Mateo community to enhance the environment and fight climate change.

Currently retired, Mr. White spent nearly 30 years as a Human Resources Executive in the Silicon Valley with Apple, Intuit, and Palm. In addition to HR, Mr. White was responsibility for Corporate Social Responsibility at his various workplaces.

He holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University, a Masters degree from UC Berkeley, and an Executive Education Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Belmont, CA with his wife Betty Till of 21 years.
