About Rotary@Work:

District 7910’s Rotary@Work initiative brings Rotarians together to support each other and their communities by expanding business and professional development in three areas to increase the value of Rotary membership:

The Rotary Business Networking Series is a part of the Business Growth track in the District 7910 Rotary @ Work initiative.

Rotarians and friends from every Rotary Club in and around District 7910 are wecome to join our twice-monthly meetings.

On the second Monday of the month (e.g. February 8, 2021), our sessions focus on marketing and sales through pitching and presenting our companies and work.

On the fourth Monday of the month (e.g. February 22, 2021) we have "Questions" sessions where we dive deeper into business topic through the exploration of content related to specific business questions that we often tie back to the Rotary 4-Way test.

Note: you must RSVP separately through Zoom for each sessions. Please see the District 7910 calendar for signup links.

Partner Sponsor:  The Village Bank

Typical Agenda:

  • 7:45: Arrive, unstructured networking, reconnect.
  • 8:00: Welcome, introductions, and announcements followed by deeper dives into the business question of the month.
  • 8:50-9:00: Discussion, wrap-up.

Background

A number of our members have enjoyed "Rotary Means Business" events, and we want more of it.  Rotarians are "People of Action!"  With Rotary, neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.

We enjoy a monthly gathering of like-minded business professionals who live, work, or are interested in business in the greater metro area of Wayland and Weston, and who are interested in doing more business closer to home with others who are similarly devoted to their communities.
