The Rotary Business Networking Series is a part of the Business Growth track in the District 7910 Rotary @ Work initiative.

Rotarians and friends from every Rotary Club in and around District 7910 are wecome to join our twice-monthly meetings.

Come Join us Virtually!  RSVP through Zoom (required) for any or all of the sessions that land on the 4th Monday of the month.

Deep Dive Session: Topic preview: "We'll explore the value of business information and various ways to use / leverage it."

Sample topic from 2022: Interviewing – 5 questions to ask and 5 to DEFINITELY NOT ASK.

Staff shortages are one of the most pressing concerns right now. Let’s dive in and discuss 5 important questions to ask during the interview process. How do you find that perfect company or team member in the short 30-60 minutes that you have with them?  We will also be looking at some legal challenges, discuss questions that cannot be asked, and ways to get the important info you need from the applicant. If you are looking to hire, are building a team, or being interviewed yourself, come join us as we broach this complicated subject.

On the second Monday of the month, our sessions focus on marketing and sales through pitching and presenting our companies and work.

On the fourth Monday of the month, we have "Questions" sessions where we dive deeper into business topic through the exploration of content related to specific business questions that we often tie back to the Rotary 4-Way test. (Note: you must RSVP separately through Zoom for the 4th Monday sessions.)

Future meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday's of the month.

Background

A number of our members have enjoyed "Rotary Means Business" events, and we want more of it.  Rotarians are "People of Action!"  With Rotary, neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.

We enjoy a monthly gathering of like-minded business professionals who live, work, or are interested in business in the greater metro area of Wayland and Weston, and who are interested in doing more business closer to home with others who are similarly devoted to their communities.

Capacity: Unlimited on Zoom!  When we're back to Mel's, the space will probably accommodate up to 20 networkers, so sign up sooner than later.

RSVP: Please  RSVP through Zoom.  Pre-Registration is required.
