The Rotary Business Networking Series is a part of the Business Growth track in the District 7910 Rotary @ Work initiative.

Rotarians and friends from every Rotary Club in and around District 7910 are wecome to join our twice-monthly meetings.

We have all heard of personality assessment called DISC / (D)ominance, (I)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness. But what are they and how can we use them for business development?

Opportunity to gain insights from Rotarian Thomas Bruckbauer “DISC-Certified” instructor will give us an overview and breakout room exercises to see how to put it to work.

Topic:    Deep Dive session on DISC personality assessment.

• Companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals all over the word use this well researched tool to improve sales, team building, hiring, and general operational effectiveness.
• Learn about the foundations of DISC and how to use it. Thomas Bruckbauer will provide a brief overview about its foundation and application.
• People are complex and different. DISC is a tool to assess and explain some of those differences.
