3-day Basic Facilitation Training

Group drumming is an amazing way to engage groups of all kinds in an experience that is both playful and powerful! Whether you work with children or adults, in community settings or within organizations, healthcare, or schools, drum circles can be used to address challenges of all kinds. 

The Village Music Circles Three Day Basic Facilitation Training hands-on experiential training so that you can successfully facilitate a drum circle using basic techniques, and give will you a window into the vast world of possibilities that the art of drum circle facilitation offers. You don’t need any musical experience, just a passion for helping others in this fun and creative process!

For the past three years, Rotarians throughout District 7490 have conducted drum circles at Senior Citizen Centers, Veterans' Homes, Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities, Libraries, Schools for children of all ages and abilities. Those who work in nursing homes or schools or work with groups of children or adults of any age can benefit from this course.
