A NOTE FROM dg JOHN COSGROVE
As we begin the fall season I want to thank all the clubs that I have attended for the warm welcome during my Governor visits. It’s been great to hear about all the wonderful things are clubs are doing.
I personally want to thank all of our Gift of life Rotarians who have led our recent missions to Ukraine, Bolivia, and Ghana.  Our District has helped over 1700 children since we started the program in the 1980’s.

Please note that our District staff meeting will be the first Monday of October at the Brownstone a registration link will go out this week.

I look forward to seeing and working with all of you during my upcoming Governor visits and at our District events.

If you have any questions, please reach out to me at jcosgrove7490@gmail.com.

Yours in Rotary Service,
DG John Cosgrove

Guest Speaker Tim Eustace will talk about his 20 years of traveling to Kenya and his projects there.

This year a group of 14 volunteers began construction on the first high school in the area. It will make it possible for many more students to continue their education. There are other benefits as well. With our help, the schools have rescued scores of young girls from early marriage. Our health clinics have improved the general health of the local population.

Over the years each volunteer has paid their way and have raised a minimum of $1000 toward that year's project. We have many who return and many new volunteers.

We need your help. This international service project has survived basically on our volunteers. Join us, get your hands dirty, build with us, change lives and have yours forever changed.

Please donate or travel with us.

A bonus is the safari on the last day, a true bucket list event!

Registration is required as we need to give a count to the caterer for food.  CLICK BELOW for your register. Cost is only $35/attendee

Looking forward to seeing you!

September 23, 2023 - Paramus Rotary Club held their annual clothing drive at the Parkway Elementary School in Paramus. It was a rainy day, but that didn’t stop Rotarians from doing what they do best - “Service Above Self”. As always lot of Paramus Rotarians came, stayed awhile, had a cup of coffee, a donut, brought bags of clothes, and showed their support. On behalf of president Jean and all on the Clothing Drive committee THANK YOU TO ALL!
A little bit of rain didn't stop the Bergen Highlands/Ramsey Rotary club and their satellite members from celebrating Ramsey Day. The children enjoyed the rides they sponsored and the club will now have another $3500- to support scholarships, food programs and many other initiatives.
