DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 4!
Our Foundation Grants Committee invites you to apply for FREE MONEY!
We hope THAT got your attention!
As you may know, there are two types of Rotary Foundation Grants awarded by our Grants Committee: District Grants & Global Grants.
District Grants which fund small-scale, short-term projects that address local or international needs.  The Application is a simple single page form, and you can receive funding for Projects as small as $1,000 to large Projects of $20,000 or more.  For the 2018-19 Rotary year, we have approximately $35,000 to be awarded, and we expect that the average District Grant will be over $1,000 (of FREE MONEY for your Club!).  The Project must begin no earlier than July 1, 2018, and be completed no later than June 30, 2019.  See the 2018-19 District Grant Application Package for further details.

Global Grants support large projects which respond to needs in one or more of Rotary’s six Areas of Focus and have measurable and sustainable outcomes.  Notable other features of Global Grant projects include a minimum project budget of $30,000 (and up to $400,000 or more), and a comparatively complex application process that often requires up to two years to achieve approval.  Note that while many Global Grant projects are located outside of the US in developing countries with significant needs, they can also be located here in the Hudson Valley, or elsewhere in the US, but if located within the US, they must include participation by a Rotary Club from outside North America (District 7210 can assist you with finding a Rotary Club partner from abroad for projects located within the US).  See the 2017-18 Global Grant RFP Cover Letter and Preliminary Global Grant Proposal for further details.
