How Clubs Make Big Decisions.

The purpose of this session is to use some basic governance principles and explore the questions of a) which bodies within a club should be involved in making big decisions? b) What is a "big" decision? and c) What is expected of everyone after a decision has been made?

A club has officers, directors and the general membership; for smaller clubs, there will be a lot of cross-over among these roles; in a larger club less. Large or small, it is important that all members, officers and directors understand which roles are responsible for making decisions and the accountabilities to others.

This session will be facilitated by Marcel Mongeon (Rotary Tonic club) who has an engaging and active approach to presentations which seek to engage all attendees in a lively discussion. If you have any questions about how clubs are making decisions, you will not want to miss this web talk.
