You must have a LOGIN name and PASSWORD to access the Member Area > Events. If you haven't set up your login details, CLICK HERE and follow the instructions for obtaining your login name and password.
POSTING EVENTS - District Level [District Advisory Committee members]
Access Event Planner to create a new event and follow the steps.
MyEventRunner - is a new feature being used by the District for online registration for > District Conferences, The Rotary Weekend, District Team Training Seminar (DTTS), Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) and more. MyEventRunner Guide.
POSTING EVENTS (AND SPEAKERS) - Club Level
Under Member Area (ClubRunner) on the Administration Page, click on the applicable link. If you do not have MyEventRunner listed and wish to have this feature added to your site submit the ORDER FORM.
REMEMBER TO THINK ABOUT SHARING YOUR EVENTS/SPEAKERS ON THE DISTRICT CALENDAR before saving your posting.
NOTE:
Access Level 60 (Editor) is required to access the Events and Speakers links.
Access Level 50 is required for MyEventRunner.
