The purpose of the District Public Image Committee is to support clubs in their own public relations, by providing resources and information. In addition to running a session at the District Assembly last April, plans are in the works to run a seminar to educate interested Rotarians about the resources available to them through the internet, to brainstorm regarding successful strategies, and to teach some basic techniques for on-line newsletters and press relations.

All clubs are encouraged to showcase Rotary in your local media. Many resources are available including the new Local Brochure Templates. Please look to the links in the left margin for ideas and direction on these and other great Pubic Relations resources.

View the District Public Image Presentation that provides an excellent overview on this topic. For ideas and materials to use in your club's public relations efforts, visit the links on the left hand side of this page to various Rotary websites.

If you would like information about how to install Rotary videos on your club website like the YouTube video below, please contact David Porter - District Webmaster.
