The health and safety of our members is our top priority.  Rotary International and the leaders of our District are monitoring the outbreak on an ongoing basis to assess the COVID-2019's potential impact on our meetings and events.

At this time we do not have any indication that any of these trips or events need to be or will be changed but we continue to monitor the situation.

Currently, please assure your members that we are monitoring the situation closely and will share any news with you.

The health and safety of our members is our top priority.  Rotary International and the leaders of our District are monitoring the outbreak on an ongoing basis to assess the COVID-2019's potential impact on our meetings and events.

At this time we have an inbound Friendship Exchange group in our District from France, another inbound Friendship Exchange from Germany coming soon, two outbound Friendship Exchange groups to France and Germany as well as our Foreign Exchange Students here and abroad. In addition we are monitoring the International Convention in Hawaii as well as our District Conference in Bryan/College Station and Rotary Day at the Houston Rodeo.

At this time we do not have any indication that any of these trips or events need to be or will be changed but we continue to monitor the situation.

As Club and District leaders we must consider our members with compromised immune systems and assess the dangers any virus might cause.  Allowing them to participate via Zoom, GoToMeetings or other electronic applications might be an option if it is needed.  We encourage flexibility with your rules as we monitor this situation.

Currently, please assure your members that we are monitoring the situation closely and will share any news with you.
