A Productive Time At The District Rotary Foundation Seminar

District Governor challenges clubs to continue their Rotary Foundation Support.
District 5890 covered much ground on Saturday January 6. Don Nino (North Shore), Stan Galinski (Space Center), Ron Duncan (Brazos River) provided background, tips, and encouragement as to their clubs’ grants. Dee Ullrich, Lisa Pauls, Patrick Lesley, Terry Ziegler, Linda Holter, and Wally Kronzer facilitated breakout sessions on various Rotary Foundation topics.
 
Also, clubs were recognized for their 2016-17 Foundation giving: North Shore (1st place as to Annual Fund total amount and 1st place in PolioPlus total giving), and Kingwood (1st place in Annual Fund per capita giving). West U, Memorial – Spring Branch, and Brazosport were also recognized for finishing 2nd or 3rd place in one or more of these categories.
