Rotary Youth Exchange Information
Most Youth Exchange (YE) information and forms are found on the South Central Rotary Youth Exchange (SCRYE) multi-district website. click on the pane to the left of this page to access the LINK. Click on the tabs at the top of the home page titled Prospective Students & Hosts as well as Documents & Links for applications. Student applications and required forms for the various volunteer positions are there.
All volunteers having regular contact with students and host family members age 18 or over must complete a V-1 form and submit two personal references using the HFV-1 form. NOTE: the references cannot be from a Rotarian or a family relation. Host families will also submit the HF-1 application form.
Instructions:
Save the required documents on your hard drive where you can find the files.
(Hint: In My Documents, Create a new folder named Youth Exchange and save the needed documents in that folder. When you finish each form, save it in the folder. When you have completed the required forms, go to the folder where you saved the files and print them out.
