The Rotary Foundation: Empowering Global and Local Impact
The Rotary Foundation plays a vital role in funding and supporting both global and district-level grants, enabling clubs to make a meaningful impact worldwide. Through these grants, Rotary clubs can address humanitarian needs, foster sustainable development, and create lasting change.
-
District Grants offer clubs the flexibility to support the Foundation's mission through short-term local or international projects. Districts can request up to 50% of their District Designated Fund (DDF) as a block grant and manage the funds for district- or club-sponsored activities.
-
Global Grants focus on larger-scale humanitarian efforts and sustainable development. These grants enable Rotary clubs to collaborate with other clubs, local communities, and organizations worldwide, driving significant and long-lasting change.
