This session will provide critical guidance on District and Global Grants, covering:
βœ” Eligibility requirements for clubs applying for grants
βœ” New updates & changes in the grant application process
βœ” Timeline and deadlines for submitting grant applications
βœ” Best practices for successful grant proposals
βœ” Club responsibilities for managing awarded grant funds

πŸ”Ή Why is This Training Important?

To qualify for grant funding, clubs must have at least one representative attend this training. If your club does not participate, the only alternative is to complete a much more complex online course through Rotary International’s Learning Center, which is not customized for our district.

Even if your club attended last year, there are important updates and new requirements for the 2025-2026 Rotary year, so attendance is strongly encouraged.

πŸ”Ή Club Eligibility Requirements for Grants:

To apply for District or Global Grants, clubs must meet the following:
1️⃣ Attend this training session (or complete the online course on MyRotary Learning Center)
2️⃣ Submit a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by both the 2025-2026 Club President & President-Elect

  • The signed MOU must be emailed to Sam Kevan at samjkevan@gmail.com
     Annual Fund Contribution Requirement
  • Each club must contribute at least $25 per member to the Annual Fund
  • At least 15% of club members must participate
  • Example: A club with 20 members must contribute at least $500 from at least 3 members
