Please be sure you are using the most current forms and information when applying for District Grants.  

The MOU, FMP, Grant Guidelines, and Grant Timeline were last updated in July, 2017.  Current MOU and FMP are also found on the Matching Grants Qualification website. 
 
The Final Report form for 2017-18 grants and beyond is now completed on MatchingGrants.org. 
Please use the Final Report form on this page (in the left column)  only for Centennial Grants.
 
The new on-line CLUB QUALIFICATION FOR DISTRICT GRANTS (as reviewed at the August 2017 Training Assembly)is now active.

NOTE:  Global Grants must be initiated at the District level using this application before they can be submitted to The Rotary Foundation.  Once they have been approved at the District level, they may be submitted to The Rotary Foundation at any time during the year, but clubs must be qualified, using the same criteria as District Grants, at the time of submission.  The qualifying timeline begins on April 1 and expires on March 31
