Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) is a “Journey to the Core” personal development experience that is hosted by Rotary International District 5370. This program is designed for youth aged 14-18 who live within Rotary International District 5370, who want to grow but have limited opportunities to attend other development programs.
Participants are involved in a variety of workshops and activities, which provide an opportunity for them to personally develop, gain self confidence, communication skills, gain an understanding of how to set and achieve goals, challenge their personal boundaries, confidence to take control of their own future, build friendships, and develop life skills.
When considering an applicant to sponsor, please keep in mind that their academic standing should not play a factor, but rather choose young people who would benefit from being able to develop their personal qualities and skills.
