The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Institute brings Interact Club executives from across District 5370 together for a one day developmental conference packed with workshops and speakers intended to empower confidence and teach vital skills required by those stepping into leadership positions in their clubs.

The District 5370 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Committee is reaching out to announce that RYLA will be happening this November 20th, 2021! Registration is open and will be closing on November 17. Interact leaders are the future of Rotary, and we need to invest into the next generation through programs like RYLA, where they can collaborate and connect with their peers! This year, RYLA will be a one day online event packed with collaboration and interactive activities to shake off that quarantine routine. Registration for one participant is $25.

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) brings together Interact club members from all across District 5370 for a one day online leadership conference packed with workshops and speakers to teach students the vital skills required to succeed in leadership positions and develop confidence.
RYLA’s purpose and goal is to allow like-minded, passionate Interact Club members across the district to meet, cultivate and share ideas to learn from one another. Although we are operating online this year, our mission to better equip and support young Rotary leaders is as strong as ever! Collaboration and interaction is strongly encouraged to elevate communication and connection between participants. Let’s learn and lead together at RYLA 2021!
