The END POLIO NOW Virtual Run took place September 11-19, 2021. Rotary Clubs from around the province and as far as Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, participated in this fun virtual fundraising event.
The Riverview Rotary Club was involved in the organization of this event and its members participated all the way to the finish line!

The Riverview Rotary Club planned a get together to do the event and after to celebrate at Kinsmen Park for a grand 'ol BBQ, pot luck and
share in some of Vivian's homemade chocolate chip cookies. The weather was not kind that weekend as it was cold and rainy that day,
so the gathering was postponed to the following weekend. That week, new COVID restrictions were put in place by the Alberta government and
that again postponed the gathering. The club is still looking forward to gather and share their stories about the run.

In total, 72 END POLIO NOW Virtual Run participants generated  $3587.54 in registrations, donations and pledges combined all of which is going to END POLIO NOW.
