Our theme for this Rotary year is CREATE HOPE in the WORLD, and one of the new initiatives we will be launching to CREATE HOPE is the “#Dont Bottle It Up” campaign, Rotary’s initiative to break down the stigma of speaking up about mental health and mental illness. This is a growing movement throughout the Rotary world, amplifying our voice to encourage those who may be suffering from depression or other mental ailments to speak up and seek help.

Check out this great video called HOPE by Irish singer-songwriter Conor Ward. Do you know someone walking through life like this? Reach out and tell them it's okay not to feel okay, and it's more than okay to ask for help. HOPE

If you would like to learn more about how you can become involved in this campaign, please contact us at office@rotary5370.org
