GoToMeetings is an on-line meeting tool that allows your team to meet anytime and anyplace. You can see each other on video or just use the audio function. There can be as little as 2 people at your meeting or up to 25. You are able to collaborate and work on documents and presentations together and even record your meetings.

 

The District has an account with GoToMeetings. If you have been asked to use GoTo as a meeting tool, email the District Office for the GoToMeetings Email and Password . You will need these to schedule a meeting.

 

Scheduling a Meeting for the first time:

1.    Click on the following link (#2 below) to install GoToMeetings on your computer:

2.    Install GoToMeetings

3.    Follow the instructions for Scheduling a meeting (and make certain  you have the District’s Email and Password for GoTo)

4.    As the organizer, sign into the meeting 5-10 minutes before it starts to welcome your attendees and make any audio or video adjustments

 

     Attending a Meeting for the first time:

1.    Click on the GoTo Meeting link WITHIN the email invitation you received.

2.    Follow the instructions to download GoToMeetings on your computer

3.    Sign into the meeting five minutes before it starts which will allow you to make any adjustments to your audio or video before the meeting begins
