San Diego Site of District Conference

(SAN DIEGO)  Mark your calendar for April 19-22, 2012. Those are the dates for the next district conference and we are returning to the Hilton San Diego Resort and Spa. “We’ll play golf on Thursday and we're exploring dinner at a special venue and local attraction for that evening,” said Elsa Gillham, co-chair of the conference. Friday’s hospitality night will be held in the garden rooms around the bay (see photo above) and clubs are urged to reserve space early.  “It’s on a first-come-first-serve basis and we already have four reservations for the garden rooms,” she added.  Service projects are planned for Friday with youth events on Saturday at the San Diego Zoo or Sea World.  Hotel rates start at $169.00 nightly.  Click HERE to visit the resort’s Web site.
