He's baaack ... PDG Doug Baker is once again serving District 5280 as our 2013-2014 Governor.
DG Doug, a.k.a. "Honcho", has engaged a team of Rotarians dedicated to Service Above Self and committed to the District roles are to serve the Clubs.

- Increase communication & fellowship between clubs
- Emphasize jocularity
- Build membership by raising standards
- Remember -- it is all about the clubs
- Create opportunities for service, down the street and across the sea, AND back again
- Prioritize membership retention
- Strike phrase - “but we always do it this way”
Expect it to be a fun-filled year.
