District & Global Grants 2017-2018

To participate in Rotary Foundation and District Grants for the 2017-18 year, the club must fulfill the following: be current with Rotary International and District dues; agree to implement the financial stewardship requirements in the club memorandum of understanding (MOU); and either send at least one member to the District's Grant Management Workshop each year or have at least one member take the Grant Management webinar. The Club President and Club President-Elect must then sign the Club Qualification MOU form and deliver it to the District Office. By completing these requirements, the club becomes qualified and eligible to participate in the TRF grant program.

For those who attended the Grant Management Workshop in person on April 1, 2017:
Because you attended in person, the only step is to have the Club President and Club President-Elect sign the Club Qualification MOU form and deliver to the District Office. Your club will then be qualified for the 2017-18 year.

For those taking the Grant Management Webinar:
Because you did not attend the workshop in person, you will need to complete the following steps:
  1. View the power point here.
  2. After viewing the power point, take the MOU grant quiz.
  3. Have your club's President and President-Elect sign the Club Qualification MOU form and deliver to the District Office.
  4. After completing the steps above, your club will be qualified for the 2017-18 year.
