Club Spring Training Experience (CSTE) 2021
Edited 2021-05-06 PJS

There were 3 breakout sessions the morning of Saturday 1 May 2021 (9:00, 10:00 & 11:00 am), each with 11 different topics and each at a unique Zoom meeting.  For a complete report of results and discussion points for BOTH 2020 and 2021 see:

As with the 2020 training, the pandemic restrictions forced a completely  virtual training again in 2021.  There was no charge to clubs or participants, and strong attendance again in 2021 with the following results:
  • 225 participants attended breakouts representing 35 of 58 Clubs
  • 164 attended 2 or more breakouts
  • 9 clubs had 9+ attendees covering multiple topics
  • The District provided a $2500 (USD) budget for this event, and there were 2 prizes offered for Clubs drawn randomly (1st prize $1500, 2nd prize $1000).  These funds are to be used for a service project subject to approval by the Governor's Council.  To be eligible for the prize the club must have a minimum of 10 members (or every member of the club if membership is <10) participate in at least 2 breakout sessions and the Club Planning meeting in the afternoon.  Congratulations to the winners for 2021:  Leavenworth (1st) and Yakima (2nd).
