Jerry Kayser, member of the Rotary Club of Moses Lake, took this stunning image of the Rotary clock tower in downtown Moses Lake.
Jerry created this halo effect by flying a drone in a circle with LED lights attached to each landing strut and front and rear of drone body. Twenty-five second exposure with a tripod mounted camera to capture complete revolutions of the drone.
