Experience demonstrates that successful Rotary Clubs know where they are headed and how to reach, effectively, their selected destination! This is an opportunity to learn about an approach adopted by District 5060, based on the work of the  Rotary's International Vision Facilitation Council, that helps clubs develop a consensus on their vision and to then move forward with developing and implementing a plan to achieve it.

The MOSES LAKE training is geared to Rotarians interested in facilitating future workshops with nearby clubs. The approach is constantly being adapted and so the training will be of use to all Rotarians, whether new or experienced in facilitating these kinds of club workshops.

The one-day session, led by Pete Erickson, provides training about:

  1. Effective facilitation skills;
  2. The visioning process; and
  3. Planning to achieve/ implement a club vision by developing SMART goals.

There is no registration fee and lunch will be provided. The golf club is at the intersection of Interstate 90 and May Valley Road.
