Rotary Learning Institute (RLI) - Part 2

Rotary provides an opportunity for all of us to provide service to our community and throughout the world. With that service comes a learning experience in the areas of leadership, team building, planning, marketing, communication and organization that one can experience through participation in the Rotary Leadership/Learning Institute (RLI).

RLI provides an opportunity to enrich that learning through sharing experiences and ideas with other Rotarians throughout our District. RLI is broken into three areas of learning. Leadership, Service and Membership. Although some of the courses may be offered in a slightly different sequence then shown here, the information gained will greatly enhance  your Rotary journey.

Level I will explore these topics: Insights into Leadership, Stragtic Planning, Team Building,  Communication, Public Image, and Effective Leadership Strategies. 

Level II will build on what you learned in the first course, and expand on  the Rotary Foundation, Service Projects. Targeted Service, International Service, Rotary Opportunities, and Making a Difference.
