Fellow Rotarians:
PRESIDENT JACQUELINE McLAUGHLIN called all Rotarians to order for the Pledge of Allegiance.
BRYAN DEHART let us in prayer.
DALE NINE led us in song today.  We sang “Deck the Halls” followed by “Jingle Bells” and, of course we ended with “Smile, Sing A Song”. 
It was nice to share in some Christmas carols.
ROB TRACY collected fines today.
Today was the 75th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor – the date that will live in infamy.  Thank You to that generation of heroes, and thank you to all of our Veterans who have and continue to serve.
BILL SMITH announced that 4 additional beds were delivered in the past week – bringing the total to 271. 
VICTOR RASKOVSKY gave a reminder that the Rotary Auction is coming – so get ready to participate.

It was agreed that every member is to sell a minimum of 4 tickets.  Each member present took a minimum of 6 tickets.  It is important to know that people/bodies are needed to be present.  So if you just pay for the $100 for the 4 tickets – please give them to someone who will attend.
The Ft. McIntosh Club will be taking 50 tickets to help us with this event.
Please hop aboard and help with this important fund raising event.
Board Meeting – They discussed the opportunity to get a Paul Harris. See PRESIDENT JACQUELINE McLAUGHLIN to determine your current point total.  Contribution of $250 + 250 existing recognition points + 500 recognition points from District 7300 will get a member a Paul Harris recognition.

Program:  We were pleased to have Jen McKinley who is the 4-H Educator through the Penn State Extension.  The Extension office falls under the College of Agriculture at the University of Penn State (who are the Big Ten Champions of 2016 by the way). The Extension provides practical agricultural education you can trust.
The 4-H:  Head, Heart, Hands & Health
The 4-H has activities in our community, our country and the world.  Members are ages 8 to 18 with opportunities for younger children ages 5 to 7 through the clover bud program.
The 4-H is not just an agricultural organization. They have programs/events in a variety of areas, including robotics, theater and many other areas. They also will provide after school programing.
They provide camps in many locations and for a variety of purposes and have special achievement days.
They are looking for Advisory Board members for the Beaver County 4-H.  Interested?
