During our September 17th meeting, Hamza led members through a lively strategic planning workshop which allowed each to provide feedback for four key questions:
1. How can the club perform better
2. How can we bring in new members?
3. How can we become known in the community?
4. Which projects/subjects should be given priority?
We broke into 3-person groups, then got back together and each team revealed their findings. More will be revealed in future meetings as our planning continues.
