Come out and participate in the Yoga Day at Petrie Island.

7am to 1pm
On the grass area at Petrie Island’s East Beach

Class 1 7am to 8am- Sunrise Yoga Admission: $20/person for the day
Class 2 8:15 to 9:15- Power Yoga
Class 3 9:30 to 10:30- Hatha Yoga
Class 4 10:45 to 11:45- Mobility Yoga
Class 5 12 noon to 1pm – Yin Yoga
All yoga instructors are qualified, experienced and certified.
Bring your yoga mat, sunscreen and water bottle. Enjoy the day by the Ottawa River.
