Everyone is invited to plant trees on Saturday morning, March 12. We are partnering with the City of Livermore and the California Urban Forests Council to plant 65 trees as part of the AMPLIFYING THE URBAN FOREST initiative.

Bring your shovel and your friends to the open space on Bluebell Drive near the intersection of Hollyhock Street, in Livermore at 8:00 on Saturday, March 12.

The City of Livermore has pre-dug the holes! Join the fun as we work with the West Coast Arborists to beautify our city.

First 60 who show up receive free t-shirts!
Registration has closed for this event. If you would like to participate and have not yet registered, you may sign in when you arrive.

All participants must complete two waivers before helping to plant trees:
1. You can complete one waiver online at: California Urban Forests Council Waiver.
2. The City of Livermore also requires a waiver. You can complete this fillable pdf, print and bring with you on Saturday: City of Livermore Volunteer Waiver.

Livermore was fortunate to be awarded these trees as a recipient of the CAL FIRE Amplifying the Urban Forests Circle 4 grant. The Rotary Club of Livermore Valley and the City of Livermore are working in partnership with the California Urban Forests Council, and the West Coast Arborists, along with the Western Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture, California Climate Investments, The Britton Fund, Invest from the Ground Up, and Taylor Guitars.

Everyone who registers online can also enter to win a GT Urban Ash Taylor Guitar, valued at $1,499. One lucky volunteer will win the guitar after we have planted the trees on Saturday, March 12!
