Citing a number of successes, including a dozen new members so far this year, Jeromy looked forward to a successful final 6 months. He credited his good performance in part to the excellent work done last year by Ken. Ken in turn rated Jeromy's performance as in the same neighbourhood as his own. Then they hugged and everybody clapped.
