The Rotary Club of Yellowknife is requesting the assistance of all media outlets in Yellowknife in getting the message out to citizens about the parade and need to start thinking and planning for the event NOW!!

Any person or organization interested in participating in the parade are encouraged to visit the remainder of this website or they can call 445-6845 for further information, Or, for more information on the Rotary Club of Yellowknife Canada Day Parade, please email
Brian George. (click on name to send email).

You can particpate by entering a float, kids can decorate their bicycles, you can be a clown, or if you have a convertible car we can use you to drive the dignitaries through the parade route.

Remember after the parade is the CAR SHOW!!  It is held at the arena parking lot after the parade. If you have a classic or a new special car, please enter. There is lots of fun to be had at this event as well.

More information will be provided in the coming months as we inch closer to July 1st, but it is still important for people and/or organizations to start planning now in preparation for this year's parade.
