Paul Harris Fellows
Paul Harris founded Rotary in Chicago in 1905. He and others developed the object of Rotary which is "to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise." In honour of our founder Rotary Clubs award Paul Harris Fellowships whereby the club donates US$1,000.00 to the Rotary Foundation in the name of the recipients to be used for Rotary Projects throughout the world. Some but certainly not all recipients are Rotarians.
