09 Oct. 2026 Scituate Art Festival 2026 Oct. 09, 2026 8:00 a.m. - Oct. 12, 2026 5:00 p.m. Our club will be cooking and serving food at the Scituate Art Festival held October 10th, 11th, and 12th. All club members and any volunteers are needed to help setup, organize, cook, serve, and clean-up. There are different shift each day for different jobs/tasks. Most years there are 30,000 to 60,000 attendees over the 3 days so it's a very busy and exciting event. You don't need to be a member to volunteer and we have jobs/tasks for ages 12+ so feel free to bring your family members and friends! Nov. 19, 2026 5:00 p.m. Area 9 District Dinner Thursday, November 19 St Joseph Veterans Association 99 Louise Street Woonsocket, RI 02895 Agenda (see attached image for more detail): 5:00 PM Set Up and Mix & Mingle 6:00 Official Opening Wrap Up around 7:30 PM What to bring: Members should bring one item each per the following categories Woonsocket and North Providence clubs: appetizers Metro Providence and Scituate clubs: salads/side dishes Smithfield and Cumberland/Lincoln clubs: desserts All: Your questions for the District leadership team! Other details: All members of the Area 9 clubs are requested to attend! Use this in place of your regular club meeting. Plenty of parking is in the back and side of the building; overflow parking is on the front lawn. Cash bar is available. The District is providing paper goods. Casual attire or Rotary wear. A voluntary donation of $5 is requested to offset expenses for free District events. Stay tuned for a follow up about registration Each club needs to provide me with a headcount. I’ll try to figure out a simple way to do this! I’ll also need to identify helpers for set up, check in, and clean up on November 19.
