Build and cultivate strategic relationships, partnerships, alliances and collaborations that strengthen the recruitment and retention of underrepresented populations and support strategies to overcome these barriers for staff and volunteers. 
Create assessment and tracking tools to measure effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Support branches and staff with challenging issues while ensuring that staff build capacity and confidence related to these challenges.
Use internal and external resources to gather data to support strategies that ensure diverse and inclusive practices.
Develop and Direct the management of an efficient tracking system that allows for accurate data collection and reporting.
Provide Association leadership for training new employees and volunteer on-boarding to ensure diverse and inclusive standards are achieved in content, delivery and focus.
Lead process to define Association goals and strategies to measure and increase supplier diversity.
Create strategies and process to increase diverse and inclusive philanthropy.
Provide leadership and direction around internal and external Volunteerism.
Develop and lead strategies for identifying and engaging newcomer and hard-to-reach communities.
