I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend with this absolutely amazing almost summer like weather. We had another great lunch meeting last week with 24 attendees and we learned about another local nonprofit-based right here in our county.

I’d like to chat a little bit about our lunch meetings… I am very pleased with our weekly attendance, I’m trying to build our numbers weekly and hopefully flip spaces with the other group that also meets at the Temperance House… I’m trying to get the larger room if we continue to grow our numbers. At the pace we are growing and in my personal opinion, our current lunch space is getting very tight and it will enable us to grow with new membership. So please, try to make as many weekly meetings as possible and as always we are looking for guest who share our same vision and want to help our community and those in need. Bring a friend !!!

 

We do have a guest speaker this week that will be tied in with Veterans Day coming up… I’m going to try to keep our announcements to a minimum because immediately following lunch we do have a board meeting at 1:30 PM. Hope to see you all…
