Hello all,
As I mentioned at our meeting this week I apologize for the bulletin not going out at the beginning of the week. I was unable to get it out due to some other issues I was dealing with.
We are officially half way through our Rotary year, within the next two weeks we need to update our Rotary International membership list and pay RI their portion of our dues. If you have not paid your dues for this year, which started in July, please do so or make arrangements with me to do so ASAP. We have to delete people who are not going to pay by 12/31 or Newtown pays RI and we have to eat the cost. If you have any questions on the dues please email or call me.
Upcoming Service projects:
- Santa House continues this weekend, again if you can help please go look online and put your name in a slot where needed. CLICK HERE
- Holiday Meals - 12/24 we continue our annual Holiday meals for the homeless and less fortunate. We will be meeting at 9am to noon 12/24 at La Salle 33 University Dr. Newtown PA 18940. (While facing the front of the building you will see a driveway around the right hand side. The cafeteria where we work is back there. )
- Please RSVP to Paul at salvatorepaul@hotmail.com . We will be helping prepare the meals, box and then distribute them. Please volunteer for whichever roles you can perform. We can use preparers and delivery persons. You don't have to do both unless you want to
I would like to present Dave, our server from The Temperance House, with a Holiday gift. Please see my separate email about this. If you feel moved please RSVP me asap as I want to give Dave the cash gift at the 12/22 lunch
