Newtown Rotary Youth Activities

At Newtown Rotary, we're passionate about nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. Our youth programs are designed to empower young minds, foster leadership skills, and instill the core values of service that last a lifetime, embodying the Rotary spirit of "Service Above Self." Proud participants in various Rotary initiatives, we're dedicated to shaping a brighter future.

Interact Clubs: Join our vibrant Interact clubs, where young minds aged 12-18 come together to develop leadership skills and explore the world through meaningful service projects. Newtown Rotary proudly sponsors and collaborates with Interact Clubs at both Council Rock North and Council Rock South High Schools.

Rotary Youth Exchange: Building peace one young person at a time, Rotary Youth Exchange offers students aged 15-19 the opportunity to learn a new language, immerse themselves in another culture, and become true global citizens. Sponsored by Rotary clubs in over 100 countries, this program opens doors to a world of possibilities.

Four Way Test Scholarship: Each year, Newtown Rotary hosts the 4 Way Test essay scholarship program. We recognize students who, through their essays, demonstrate a profound understanding of the Rotary Four Way Test.

STEM YEA Youth Explorer Academy: Addressing the gap between the number of STEM college graduates and available positions, Newtown Rotary sponsors underserved middle school students to attend the STEM Youth Explorer Academy. By doing so, we aim to inspire and guide them toward rewarding careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Student of the Month: Acknowledging excellence in both academic achievement and community participation, Newtown Rotary proudly honors one outstanding Council Rock North High School student each month as the Student of the Month.
