A delicious dinner was enjoyed by all.

Joan Powers has been selected as Scituate's Citizen of the Year.  Congratulations, Joan!!!  You are more than deserving, and we are so proud of you!!!  A dinner will be held in Joan's honor on Thursday evening, December 8th at Barker's Tavern.

Howard Tufts met with Scituate High School Principal and fellow Rotarian, Donna Nuzzo-Muller.  Plans are in the making to conduct an Interact Membership Drive at Scituate High School.  Thank you, Howard, for making this a reality.

Our own, Dietrich Bilger's Governorship begins July 1, 2013.   Dietrich thanked Suzanne Kavanagh, Loic Meston, and Mimi Svenning for their work on the pre-planning committee for his Installation.  We are fortunate to have the future governor in our own club.  Let's get behind Dietrich with our whole-hearted support.

Our next meeting will be the party for the Cushing Children at Barker's Tavern.  Members were busy signing up for gifts to bring for each child.

Respectfully submitted,
Lois Brandes
