Mary Jenkins gave an awesome presentation/speech/slide show of her three month trip out west. She also displayed her saddle, bridle, and other riding gear. Mary and her horse, Sassy, rode one thousand miles. They started in Texas, went through New Mexico and Colorado. The ended the trip in South Dakota.
Mary, her husband Lyle, and her two daughters drove down to Texas with Sassy in tow.
Her family did some sight seeing and flew back home. Mary showed slides of the vast country. They would sometimes travel through a ranch that would take all day to cross, never seeing anyone. She had pictures of the other riders and their horses, quaint western towns, large rustic western ranch houses. They had some dinners at rancher's home sand western restaurants. They rode in a parade. Mary had a wonderful time and hopes to be able to do the ride again.

Respectfully submitted,
