The Rotary Club of Scituate, MA is hosting the installation of its own Dietrich Bilger as District Governor on June 7th at the Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, MA.
Since Dietrich comes from Germany, we're doing the event in the style of a Bavarian Springfest with delicious German specialties and a 12-piece Bavarian Band, the Oberlaendler Hofbrau Band.
We want this Installation to be full of fun and camaraderie as we carry on the grand and glorious tradition of installing a new District Governor and acknowledge the service of past governors. We are issuing a special invitation to all district Rotary youth groups who will be a big part of Dietrich’s plans for 2013-2014. Each Club in the District is invited to sponsor up to two young people from Interact, Rotaract, RYLA, or Youth Exchange to attend this installation and as thanks, we will feature your Service Project on the District Web site and during the program that evening.
